Admissions Process 

The process from application to registration includes the following steps:

  1. Submission of Applications: Candidates submit their applications electronically through the “Nautilos” system, along with scanned electronic copies of the required supporting documents in PDF format only.

Required Documents:

  • Completed application form.

  • Curriculum Vitae (in Greek or English).

  • A one-page statement of purpose, outlining the candidate’s motivation and reasons for attending the MSc Program.

  • Two letters of recommendation.

  • Copy (both sides) of identity card.

  • Copy of degree/diploma or certificate of graduation.

  • Official transcript of undergraduate courses, including final degree classification.

  • Copy of thesis/dissertation (if applicable).

  • Copies of articles published in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings (if any).

  • Proof of professional or research activity (if any).

  • English language proficiency certificate, level B2. In the absence of an official certificate, the Committee for the Evaluation/Selection of Postgraduate Students (E.E.M.F.) will assess English language proficiency through a special examination.

  • Certificate of Greek language proficiency for foreign candidates.

Additional Documents (if applicable):

  • Copy of thesis/dissertation (if applicable).

  • Copies of articles published in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings (if any).

  • Proof of professional or research activity (if any).

  • English language proficiency certificate, level B2. In the absence of an official certificate, the E.E.M.F. will assess proficiency through a special examination.

If any additional qualifications are mentioned in the application (e.g., ECDL, seminar participation, work experience, etc.), the corresponding certificate must be submitted.

2. The Student Selection Committee reviews the applications, conducts any internal English language proficiency tests if required, invites candidates who meet the minimum formal criteria for an interview, ranks the candidates, and prepares the final selection list.

3. The list of successful candidates is announced.

4. Instructions are provided for registration and payment of the first installment of tuition fees. In the event that one or more admitted students do not register, candidates on the waiting list will be invited to enroll in the Program according to their ranking on the evaluation list.
